1. Returns and Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:

Non-Returnable Items:

- We will investigate the shipping status and provide a resolution, such as resending the product or issuing a refund, if applicable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, it’s important to notify us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery). Please email us at admin@pinkphonecase.com and include:
- Photos of the damaged/defective product.
- Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label.
We will offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your claim.

5. Exchanges

8. Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift at purchase, you will receive store credit for the return value.

- Package the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
- Ship the product using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
